Over the next few weeks I will be posting a number of short video’s, printable’s, blog posts and open up live facebook chat sessions to support those of you who are interested in opening a physie club. Whether you are opening in the near future or down the track, these sessions will take some of the guesswork out of opening your club.
What will it take?
You may be hesitant to take the first step to opening a club as you consider all it may involve. What we will do here is walk you through the steps you need to take to be up and running with as little fuss as possible. Perhaps you know what needs to be done but fear is holding you back. What if no one comes to my classes? How will I remember all the syllabus? What if I don’t have the time to run a club with a family or with other work commitments? I don’t want to look incompetent or feel overwhelmed! I was never a champion, can I really teach? The truth is, if we do the groundwork correctly, students will come and you will indeed be able to remember the syllabus and you will have plenty of time to operate your club as we make a manageable and simple plan to see you succeed!
If you are already operating an established or highly successful club but are looking to improve certain areas of your teaching, marketing, administration or perhaps the culture of your club then this course will give you the chance to define those areas for growth and improvement. I can’t wait to share what I have learned and look forward to supporting you to thrive in the years ahead.
I really need to emphasise…
It is important that you are familiar with the rules and resources made available to you by your Physie Association. They may provide you with training days, camps, conferences, marketing materials and will email you up to date information that will be essential to growing your club. Physie101’s “How To Build Your Physie Club” has been designed to support but not replace the education, information and guidance your association offers. Regardless of our differences we all love our physie and working together will only strengthen the awareness of this sport and see many more girls and women benefit from your incredible clubs!
So let’s get started!
Our first Physie101 Chat Session will be announced next week as I share a few more thoughts on this topic live on facebook. Below are a few of the topics I will cover in this session.

Let’s do this!
